HeyGen and Higgsfield, field by field
HeyGen and Higgsfield read differently on four of the six fields: board output, camera, cast and panel edits. They read alike on the move to video and board export. From 2 source pages, read 2026-09-25 to 2026-10-25; no maker pays to be listed.

Inclusion rule. The six fields every board tool on the register is read on. Order. The order the fields take on every tool sheet.
1What sets the two apart
Both are movie makers that plan before they render, and both hold a defined cast steady. They plan in different materials: HeyGen's plan is written, a scene-by-scene blueprint with the camera directed in plain English, while Higgsfield draws no board on the page read and directs one scene at a time, with camera presets and references that hold a character. A HeyGen change is a rewrite of the plan; a Higgsfield change is a scene generated again.
